As so many artists and poets have discovered, hearts soar in the Lake District. With a home to call your own at The Laureates, yours will too.
In this winding development just outside the Lakeland town of Cockermouth, we’ve created a community that combines modern home design, a family-friendly environment and all the benefits of a truly rural location.
Light and space, both indoors and out, are in abundance. Every new home at the Laureates, from our compact 2 bedroom builds to the truly expansive 5 bedroom Wordsworth, echoes the openness and freedom of the countryside that surrounds it.
Traffic-free green spaces and a communal play area help shape the feeling of community. Hedgerows and a border of mature trees make it part of the local landscape.
If you’re relocating to fulfill a long-held dream of rural life, The Laureates is the perfect place to do it. If you’ve always lived here, it’s ideal too.
We’d love to show you around The Laureates so you can see for yourself what makes it so special. Our sales office is open from Thursday to Monday between 10am and 5pm. Why not call in to see us?
