Three new show homes opened their doors at Lovell’s Oaktree Grange development in Clayton le Woods at the weekend, welcoming lots of interested buyers to its festive-themed launch, with live Christmas music and prizes aplenty.
The highly-anticipated show homes were officially opened by the Hesketh Bank Silver Band, whose 20-strong brass band played some traditional Christmas carols while the Lovell team cut the ribbon to open their discerning collection of 3,4 and 5-bedroom homes. Lovell also unveiled it’s ‘Ultimate Christmas Dinner Table’ in the dining room of Oaktree Grange’s 4-bedroom Whiteford show home. The dinner table, styled by North West interior stylist Rachael Otterwell of Object Style, offers inspiration on how to create an atmospheric table full of festive charm this Christmas. And to help visitors get creative with their festive finishing touches, Lovell also hosted a prize draw to win £200 of vouchers for Avant Home & Garden Centre in Leyland and £100 to spend with Object Style for those who visited over the launch weekend.
Throughout the weekend, buyers were able to meet a panel of experts, including a financial advisor, solicitor and estate agent, who were on hand to offer advice on how to get moving. Feedback was overwhelmingly positive, with visitors impressed by the size of the rooms, the quality of the finishes and the gardens.
“We’re really impressed with the size of the rooms and the layout,” said one visitor. “Particularly the kitchen in The Whiteford. I’ve always wanted an island unit!”
Another prospective buyer commented: “The gardens look ideal, I can imagine it would get a lot of use in the summer.”
