Visit Oakfield Grange this weekend to find out about moving up the ladder with Part Exchange

Visit a special event organised by Lovell Homes at Oakfield Grange, Cwmbran, on Saturday, 23 February and Sunday, 24 February, to find out how you can use part exchange for a quick, hassle-free move to a brand-new home.

The Lovell team will be on hand throughout the weekend providing information about part exchange options offered and an independent financial advisor will also be on hand offering free financial advice.

Part exchange works by providing movers with a cash buyer, sparing them the usual worries associated with a traditional housebuying chain and allowing them to avoid estate agent’s fees.

Lovell is currently offering the scheme on its detached Chaucer three-bedroom home priced at £234,995 at its popular Oakfield Grange development which is only just over a mile from the centre of Cwmbran.

“Moving home can undoubtedly be a stressful time,” says Lovell regional sales director Julie Bowen, “part exchange is a way of avoiding the hassle by moving quickly and with a guaranteed buyer for your home.

“Movers don’t have to worry about getting stuck in a chain or the possibility of their sale falling through at the last moment. It’s a very straightforward process: we organise to visit your home, take advice from up to three independent estate agents on the value and then make you an offer. If you accept it, we will immediately reserve the Lovell home you wish to buy – and you don’t even have to move from your own home until your new home is ready. It takes away uncertainty and means you can just focus on enjoying your move.”

Oakfield Grange is just 15 minutes by car from Newport and 30 minutes from Cardiff. Convenient access to the M4 – avoiding the need to go through the Brynglas tunnels and the fact that there is now no charge for the Severn Bridge crossing – make the development an even more attractive spot for commuters.

Current availability includes the three-bedroom detached Keats family home, with three parking spaces, starting from £224,995. The detached three-bedroom Chaucer and Dryden house styles, with a garage and two parking spaces, start from £234,995 for a Chaucer and £250,995 for a Dryden. The four-bedroom Hardy with garage and parking is a spacious family home for £309,995.

The marketing suite and three-bedroom Keats and four-bedroom Hardy showhomes at Oakfield Grange, Cwmbran, Torfaen NP44 3FP are open every day from 10am to 5pm. Find out more by calling the Lovell sales team on 01633 730 975.
